Where is my refund?

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within ten business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Where is my return?

To initiate a return, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Ensure that the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. After your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package back to us.

Items are missing from my order

If you find that items are missing from your order upon delivery, please inspect the packaging thoroughly. If the item is still not found, contact us immediately at contact@leonafashion.nl so we can investigate the issue and resolve it accordingly.

I have received a defective item

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate the issue and provide you with instructions on how to return the defective item for a replacement or refund.

I want to cancel/change my order

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please reach out to us promptly. We can only accommodate changes or cancellations if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order is in transit, you will need to follow our return policy to return any unwanted items.
